Next we move onto Halloween in Australia. They don't really celebrate Halloween here, which is why it was really cute to see Annie's all decked out for it's backpackers. We love you for this. It was definitely a different experience celebrating in a different country. Especially since it's so cold this time of year in Canada. When we were kids we would have to fit our costumes to fit over our snow suits. This year was one of a kind, and a mental night.
During our last week in Alice Springs we learned that Chantal and I would have to separate in order to get halfway across Australia to Adelaide for free. She leaves on a Sunday, and I leave the next Wednesday. She does a 6 day tour Rock to Water with a tour group, and I make my way express to Adelaide with Tom. It was hard to say goodbye, but we had all of her lasts together, and ended the night at the Casino. It was kind of perfect.
Andre and I
My last night in Alice, it was so hard to say goodbye.
Until next time, travel safe everyone.
All my love.
All my love.
