Another beautiful sunrise, today we go to King's Canyon. In the making of this entry it was really hard for me to choose which pictures to use, so there is an excessive amount. This place is beautiful. Definitely made me feel very small, and very fortunate to be there. It was quite the hike, the slope we started on was called heart attack hill, it was quite difficult to hike.
Chantal and I leave behind an Innukshook. (sp?) To let the people know that we were here.
Now we take in the view.

Native Cockroach.
After we are finished the hike, our crew had a major water fight. It was so hot, and it was completely appropriate, although I'm afraid Chantal got the worst of it. We all ganged up on her, poor girl. Needless to say it was HOT. We went to Ayers Rock Resort, a real nice place, and we had a splash in the pool.

After a nice little splash, we head out to view Uluru for the first time. This is my first sighting of the rock, from here we visit the culture centre and learn about some history, politics and culture behind Uluru. Then we eat supper, and sit for the sunset.
It's our friend Carl's birthday so we make our way to the grocery store, pick up a cake and a few decorations. What do you know? Another party.
Happy Birthday Carl!
JUICE!
Tomorrow is our last night.
Big hike and history lesson tomorrow.
